It was a privilege working with Fin on a number of very successful collaborations at The National Archives. Thanks to Fin we have grown a concept into a fully-fledged and respected strand of our public engagement offer.

Iqbal Singh, Community Partnerships Manager

Creativity, original thinking and collaborative working are at the heart of Fin Kennedy's work, whether in a creative arts setting or outside. Working with him in a university setting has helped me and many others see exciting new possibilities for how we study, think about and engage with the world

Dr Eleanor Newbigin, Senior History Lecturer, SOAS

There is no one I trust more than Fin Kennedy for his intuitive understanding of what makes a story tick, and I owe him a great debt. I would not be the writer I am today if it weren’t for Fin illuminating the way.

Iman Qureshi, playwright and screenwriter

Fin is a super-sharp dramaturg who doesn’t let you get away with anything, and he is also a brilliant producer and fundraiser. Some writers don't have a clue how to produce and some producers don't know the first thing about storytelling; Fin veers between creative and practical roles seamlessly.

Miran Hadzic, playwright and producer

Before working with Fin Kennedy, I never considered writing for audio. He introduced me to a whole new world of storytelling that can exist just through your headphones. Inspired by what I had discovered, I wrote my first radio play, which was then broadcast on Radio 4. It really is a magical form.

Roberta Livingston, actor and playwright

The time I spent working with Fin Kennedy was some of the most meaningful time I have spent working on theatrecraft. Fin has a wonderful teaching method, which encourages collaboration and vulnerability but also assists you to maximise your potential.

Adam Kotwal, playwright

Fin Kennedy made me a professional writer. He has great instincts for new talent, a keen sense of what makes a good story work and he is always looking for ways to innovate. He continues to be an active supporter of diverse voices and I personally still call on his opinion and advice to this day.

Sumerah Srivastav, playwright and screenwriter

Fin Kennedy is a fantastic teacher and mentor. He's a real source of support, particularly to playwrights of colour. I’m indebted to Fin for his advice, encyclopaedic knowledge of playwriting, his passion for new writing, dramaturgy and support.

Olu Alakija, playwright and screenwriter
